those little matters I feedbacked before was indeed been solved in [ @icon v1.18 beta1 ] under the following platform:
WindowsXP professional SP2 with locale setting as Chinese-Traditional, and the translation file was encoded in BIG5.
However, the translation file would not be accepted by [ @icon v1.18 ] if I set the [ StringVersion ] in Translation file line 3 as [ 1.18 ] or [1.18 beta1]. Thanks for the hints in Michael Sandler's English Translation, I changed the translation filename to Default.lng, and this works amazingly for me.
I also modified the translation so that the previous non-translated string [ Action ] has its own translation (though the translation may not be that perfect :P). By the way, I also fixed some translation bugs in my previous post. Tips and these two versions are included in the Attachment.
