FMG Server Settings v0.27 Oct 16, 2004 What's Bitflags? ===================================================== Please let me omit details, but it's easy to use. All you need to do is adding all numbers which you want to enable. for instance, there are 4 options like: 0: Eat nothing 1: Sushi 2: Tenpura 4: Sukiyaki If you want to eat Sushi and Tenpura so set 3 (= 1 + 2) or if you need Sushi and Sukiyaki then set 5 (= 1 + 4). Game Adjustments/convenience ========================================= g_maxPanzer (default 1) g_maxMauser (default 2) g_maxFlamer (default 1) g_maxVenom (default 2) g_maxMedic (default -1) g_maxLt (default -1) g_maxEngineer (default -1) Set maximum number of each class and heavy weapon. -1: No limitation. 0: This class/weapon is disabled. g_train (default 3) option for aim trainning (bitflags) 1: Allow user to play hit sound. 2: Allow user to play headshot sound. 8: Headshot damage only. g_shove (default 256) If this value is greater than 0, players can shove their teammates. Around 512 may be good for decent play. g_announceObjectives (default 1) Announcement for objectives on chat and console g_damageBloodMin (default 0.5) g_damageFlashMin (default 0.5) Blood/flash alpha when taking damage g_randomSpawn (default 0) If 1, randomize respawn time. This will avoid easy spawn killing on some maps that have same spawn time for both teams. g_keepChargebar (default 0) If 1, when player spawns, it doesn't full charge and keep value. g_zeroChargebar (default 0) 1: Empty chargebar when player's first spawn. 2: Empty chargebar when player's all of spawns. g_allowSpecChat (default 1) Allow spectator chat. g_warmupDamage (default 1) Enable warmup damage. g_teamChangeTime (default 30) Delay time before joining new team. vote_allow_weaponFeedback (default 0) vote_allow_bounce (default 0) vote_allow_lightsaber (default 0) vote_allow_shuffleTeams (default 1) vote_allow_config (default 1) vote_allow_warmupDamage (default 1) vote_allow_enemyRevive (default 0) Allow votes. Misc FMG Settings ==================================================== g_allowFlashlight (default 0) Allow clients to use flashlight. g_enemyRevive (default 1) Allow medics to revive enemies. 1: Only at warmup. 2: Even when playing. g_snipers (default 0) Option for sniper mode. 1: All players will spawn as a Soldier with a Mauser. 2: Not change player classes and abilities but primary weapon will become a Mauser. Weapon Piercing Settings ============================================= g_pierceVenom (default 1) g_pierceVenomPR (default 1.0) g_pierceVenomDR (default 1.0) g_pierceSniper (default 1) g_pierceSniperPR (default 1.0) g_pierceSniperDR (default 1.0) g_pierceMG42 (default 1) g_pierceMG42PR (default 1.0) g_pierceMG42DR (default 1.0) g_pierceThompsonPR (default 1.0) g_pierceThompsonDR (default 1.0) Allow weapons to pierce walls/players. PR/DR means Pierce Reduction scale/Damage Reduction scale. The default value is 1.0. So that if the scale is lower than 1.0 weapon will become more powerfull (and vice versa). General Weapon Settings ============================================== g_allowDropWeapon (default 1) If 1, Engineers and Medics can drop their primary wewapon and can pickup MP40/Thompson/Sten as Soldiers and Lts do. g_pickupClip (default 1) If 1, players can pick up dropped weapon's clip ammo. g_headshotVenom (default 0) If 1, Venom can do headshot. g_sniperHeadshotDeath (default 0) Set sniper's headshot damage options as Bitflags. 1: Headshot force players to die. 2: Headshot death force players to go to limbo. 1 is used in combination with g_pierceSniper. That is, even when damage of pierced bullet isn't enough to kill player, headshot always kill players. g_panzerFeedback (default -64) Change feedback when players shoot Panzerfaust. If value is greater than 0 players are pushed to forward. g_weaponFeedbacks (default 0) If 1, add feedbacks to some weapons. You can fly with some weapons. g_noJumpingAimSpread (default 0) If 1, jumping no longer make aim bad. This should be used with g_weaponFeedbacks and flying fight for fun. g_runningScope (default 0) If 1, players can snipe even when they are running or jumping. g_homingRocket (default 0) If 1 or 2, panzer rocket is homing target enemy. (Different type of homing) g_friendlyHoming (default 0) Set value if homing rocket effects to teammates. If 1, players can target their teammates. g_homingRocketSpeed (default 1000) Set velocity of homing rockets. g_sneak (default 0) For sneak tdm or so. If 1 never play weapon select sound. g_dropPliers (default 0) Set drop ratio of pliers when player die. The Value should be 0.00 - 1.00 g_tinkoPliers (default 0) If 1, players can attack "lower body" by pliers. Weapon alt fire Settings ============================================= g_altKnife (default 15) g_altKnifeNum (default 5) g_altThompson (default 9) g_altMP40 (default 9) g_altPanzer (default 0) g_altPistol (default 9) Set following bitflags to allow alt-fire for individual classes. Solier 1 Medic 2 Engineer 4 Lieutenant 8 Smoke Grenade Settings =============================================== g_smokeTreasureIcon (default 1) If 1, smoke hide the objective icon on the player's head. It seems to be very normal, but transparent particles never hide the icon in RtCW by shader issue (or limitaion). g_sgSolMax (default 0) g_sgLtMax (default 0) g_sgMedMax (default 0) g_sgEngMax (default 1) Set maximum number of grenades each class can have. g_sgChargeTimeFactor (default 0.0) Set chargebar spending factor to use this grenade in the range from 0 to 1.0. NOTE: Engineers only spend 2/3 value. g_sgAmmo (default 0) 1: Ammo pack supplies Smoke Grenade. 0: Players cann't get extra grenades until next spawn. g_antiSmokeBinocs (default 1) If 1, Lt's binoculars have Anti Smoke ability. g_antiSmokeEngHelmet (default 1) If 1, Engineer's helmet have Anti Smoke ability. g_antiSmokeMedKit (default 1) If 1, Medics can launch Anti Smoke pack in weapon bank 6. Player who picked up this pack will get Anti Smoke ability for few seconds. g_asChargeTimeFactor (default 0.25) Set chargebar spending factor to use this Anti Smoke pack in the range from 0 to 1.0. g_antiSmokeTime (default 15) Set effect duration of anti smoke pack. Flashbang Settings =================================================== g_fbSolMax (default 0) g_fbLtMax (default 0) g_fbMedMax (default 0) g_fbEngMax (default 0) Set maximum number of grenades each class can have. g_friendlyFlash (default 1) If 1, it hurts teammate's eyes. It will always affect to attacker's eyes independent of the value. g_fbChargeTimeFactor (default 0.25) Set chargebar spending factor to use this grenade in the range from 0 to 1.0. NOTE: Engineers only spend 2/3 value. g_fbAmmo (default 0) 1: Ammo pack supplies Flashbang. 0: Players cann't get extra grenades until next spawn. g_antiFlashEngHelmet (default 1) If 1, give anti-flash ability to engineer's helmet. Gamble Grenade Settings ============================================== g_ggSolMax (default 0) g_ggLtMax (default 0) g_ggMedMax (default 0) g_ggEngMax (default 0) Set maximum number of grenades each class can have. g_gamble_noitemRatio (default 3) g_gamble_healthRatio (default 4) g_gamble_ammoRatio (default 4) g_gamble_weaponRatio (default 3) g_gamble_dynamiteRatio (default 3) g_gamble_grenadeRatio (default 2) g_gamble_rocketRatio (default 1) Item spawn ratio of gamble grenade. In this case rates should be 3:4:4:3:3:2:1. Gelgun Settings ====================================================== g_allowGelSoldier (default 0) g_allowGelLt (default 0) g_allowGelMedic (default 0) g_allowGelEngineer (default 0) If each class has Gelgun when spawn. NOTE: All classes can pick up dropped Gel Gun independent of settings. g_friendlyGel (default 3) Set bitflags if Gel Gun affect teammates and attacker himself. 1: Gel Gun affect teammates. 2: Gel Gun affect attacker himself. Gib Grenade Settings ================================================= g_allowGibGrenadeSoldier (default 0) g_allowGibGrenadeMedic (default 0) g_allowGibGrenadeEngineer (default 0) g_allowGibGrenadeLt (default 0) Allow each class to use this grenade. g_gibChargeTimeFactor (default 1.0) Set chargebar spending factor to use this grenade in the range from 0 to 1.0. NOTE: Engineers only spend 2/3 value. g_gibGrenadeDamage (default 300) g_gibGrenadeHealth (default 900) It spend chargebar to use this grenade. This weapon has two parameters "Health" and "Damage". When grenade hit players it subtract "Damage" value from player's health and its own "Health". It will be repeated until "Health" become 0 or it's timestamp. Lightsaber Settings ================================================== g_lightsaber (default 1) If 1, the force may be with you. g_lightsaberRange (default 48) Lightsaber length (in inches). g_lightsaberDamage (default 10) Lightsaber damage. Bounce Settings ====================================================== g_bounceGrenades (default 0) If 1, grenades and airstrike can become bouncy like superball. g_bounceItems (default 0) If 1, items become bouncy. g_bouncePlayers (default 0) If 1, players become bouncy and will never fall to death. g_bounceRockets (default 0) If 1, panzer-rocket reflect on walls or water surface. g_bounceRocketsDegrees (default 0) Set bounce angle degrees. If rocket direction angle to wall face is lower than value, rocket is reflect. To reflect on water surface it must be lower than half of value.
